The earlier list of symptoms of coronavirus includes Cough, fever, and Shortness of breath.
Now Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) added six new symptoms of Coronavirus:
- Severe chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Sore throat, and
- New loss of taste or smell
According to scientists, these symptoms may appear 2-14 days after the virus enters the body.
Until now, a total of 202,994 people have died due to the virus. And this number is continuously rising.
Scientists also noticed that the disease appears to attack the entire body, including the toes.
Dermatologists referred it as COVID- toes.
Doctors suspected red or purple bumps on patients’ toes or hands. A burning sensation, often with pain and tenderness, has been reported.
However, scientists need more data on these pernio-like lesions’ timing to guide our providers better on how to counsel their patients.
